What it's like
You’ll walk past the treadmills and front-desk check-in at 2 N Medical Drive and duck into the Stretch Studio before 2:00 PM. Bring your own mat or blanket if you want extra cushion on the floor, then lie down and let the room fill with metallic vibrations and gong pulses. The juxtaposition of gym noise echoing down the corridor while you lie motionless on the floor is half the draw.
