Your visit starts by stripping down to nothing in gender-segregated wet zones—no swimsuits allowed, no modesty required—to scrub down thoroughly before cycling between scalding hot tubs and shock-cold plunges. Once soaked and dried, you pull on the provided cotton tee and shorts—the universal lounge uniform—and step out into a central concourse lined with deliberately bizarre thermal chambers. You can roast inside a wood-fired brick Fire Dome that radiates heavy heat, duck into an ice-encrusted Arctic Room to snap your core temperature back down, or stretch out on heated stone floors inside rooms lined with gold pyramid paneling, jade tiles, and aromatic pine timber.

Between sweat cycles, you shuffle across the facility in rubber slides to an on-site Korean kitchen that serves steaming hot-stone bibimbap and rich kimchi stews directly to bare tables. When the post-heat lethargy sets in, you don't even have to leave: grab a floor mat in the quiet lounge, catch a film in the dark movie theater, or rent a private karaoke room to complete the afternoon retreat.
