Its focal point isn't a mahogany bar top or a mirrored spirit wall—it's a 25-foot digital maple tree wrapped in thousands of custom LED leaves that pulse, shift color, and cast glowing patterns across the lounge space.
The real turn happened when the venue overhauled its drink program into a full-blown laboratory experiment.
