Each instrument is tuned to specific Solfeggio frequencies ranging from 396 Hz to 963 Hz, sending heavy harmonic vibrations through the ground and air for 35 to 40 minutes. It's a completely free, donation-based public sanity check held right in the middle of Houston's urban core.

Show up 15 minutes before 7 p.m. to claim a patch of grass on the main lawn, especially on cool weather nights when the turnout swells. You'll lie flat on your back surrounded by quiet strangers as the sound waves drown out city traffic.
