The story
Seoul Food Meat Co.'s Optimist Park location is a sprawling 18,000-square-foot complex notorious for karaoke rooms, arcade games, and outdoor splash pads. But owner Tim Chun built a quiet exit hatch right into the back wall. Disguised as a stainless steel freezer door, Bruno is a moody escape designed specifically to let adults run away from the surrounding family courtyard chaos.
Push past the heavy cold-storage door and the noise drops out instantly. Inside, dark-wood booths and low ambient light set the tone for a bar program that completely ignores draft beer and barbecue sauces.
