The story
Tucked down Linden Street—the alleyway running along the side of Nightbird on Gough—an unmarked door conceals what is effectively the restaurant's dark, liquid alter ego. There is no sign, no brass plaque, and no velvet rope to signal what is behind the wood.
Inside, the space is small, low-lit, and built around a central bar focused on American craft cocktails. Because the room is tied directly to Nightbird, the drink program operates on the exact same farm-to-glass rhythm as the dining room next door: spirits are built around whatever local, micro-seasonal produce and herbs are coming through the kitchen doors that week.
