Grab the ladle, throw water directly onto the stones, and wait for the löyly—the thick, skin-prickling steam—to hit you, a sharp contrast to the slow, dry warmth of modern infrared booths.

The setup centers around a full contrast circuit rather than a quick social media photo op. Outside the sauna sit three individual cold plunge tubs—not one massive shared tank—each chilled to a distinct temperature level ranging from beginner to advanced. You choose your own cold dose depending on how hard you want to push your nervous system, and unlike studios that charge extra for ice immersion, the plunge is built into every session.

If sharing heat with strangers isn't your speed, they built a separate private suite equipped with its own salt sauna, private shower, and dedicated cold plunge basin. It's an owner-operated neighborhood bathhouse designed around a classic routine: strip away the noise, sweat deeply over hot rocks, hit the ice water, and repeat.
